The Cascadia Peace
Development Fund
is coming.
"There is no time left for anything but to make peacework a dimension of our every waking activity."

we decided to help finance a future in which "the practical programs and principles of peacebuilding are the bedrock of our personal, national and global interest and investment?" What if we helped provide the funds to "take the field of peacebuilding from the margins of the political and societal dialogue and bring it to its rightful place: Central to our policymaking, investment and understanding?"1
Practical peacebuilding is a human enterprise we must encourage and support. There are few other enterprises which provide the opportunity to give one's life meaning and value while engaging in one of the greatest opportunities to improve all life on Earth. The Cascadia Peace Development Fund intends to support this effort by investing in programs and materials grounded in effective and sustainable best practices in peacebuilding.
The Cascadia Peace Development Fund is in the initial stages of its development. We're in the process of implementing our first programs. The pages on this web site will chronicle the progress of this development.
